End-of-Year Piano Concert 2026

The year’s most beautiful notes, through the magic of music…

At 6 pm on Saturday 13 June 2026 we returned to Kadıköy Yeldeğirmeni Arts Centre for the End-of-Year Piano Concert of “Melis Mazmanoğlu and her students”.

This is the evening when the pieces our students have practised patiently all year, in lessons and at home, finally meet the stage. Each student came to the grand piano with a piece chosen for their level and character: for some it was the excitement of a first performance, for others the confidence carried over from the year before.

With its carved wooden panelling and light falling through stained glass, Yeldeğirmeni Arts Centre once again gave our students’ music a warm and fitting setting.

Every note an effort, every piece a journey…

The line from our poster sums the evening up. Behind a few minutes on stage lie weeks of practice, passages played over and over, and first attempts heard at home. Throughout the evening, we listened together to the work behind every note. Thank you to every family and student who shared it with us.
